How Do I Know What Size I Will Need?

A big determining factor for the size unit you need is how much boxing you do. All of our units have 10-foot high ceilings and if you box everything well, you can take advantage of this height. Be sure to stuff your boxes with packing material so they will support the weight of the boxes on top.

5x5	25sf	Refrigerator and a couple of boxes
5x10	50sf	Small one-bedroom apartment including desk, washer/dryer, etc.
7.5x10	75sf	Larger one-bedroom apartment including desk, washer/dryer, etc.
10x10	100sf	Furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment including some garage items.
10x15	150sf	Furnishings from a two-bedroom apartment including dining room and many boxes.
10x20	200sf	Furnishings from a large two-bedroom house. This is the size of a small one-car garage.
10x25	250sf	Furnishings from a three-bedroom dwelling. Also for car and boat storage.
10x30	300sf	Furnishings from a four or five-bedroom dwelling: refrigerator, w/d., patio furniture, exercise equipment. Car and boat storage.
